• Commission Rates: Commission structures, percentages, and payment terms may be altered at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes via email.

2. Usage of Affiliate Links and Codes

• Affiliate Links: Your unique affiliate link is intended for personal sharing across your social media channels, blogs, or other approved platforms.
• Discount Codes: Unique discount codes provided by Milk & Blush are solely for use with your genuine audience.
• Prohibited Use: Affiliate links and discount codes must not be displayed, published, or distributed on any deal, coupon, or voucher code websites, whether intentionally or inadvertently. This includes, but is not limited to, publicly accessible coupon-sharing platforms or any site primarily intended to distribute promotional offers.
• Consequences for Misuse: We reserve the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any and all commissions generated during the period in which a discount code or affiliate link has been disclosed, published, or otherwise made publicly available in breach of this policy.

3. Compliance and Ethical Practices

• Affiliates must represent the Milk & Blush brand professionally and ethically. Misrepresentation of products, false claims, or any behavior that damages the brand’s reputation will not be tolerated.

4. Termination of Participation

• Milk & Blush reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the programme at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms.

5. Programme Participation

• By applying to the Milk & Blush Affiliate Programme, you agree that all information provided is truthful and accurate. Milk & Blush reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our discretion.

6. Modification of Terms

• These terms may be updated from time to time, and it is the affiliate’s responsibility to review them periodically. Continued participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.

7. Communication

• All programme-related communications, including changes in terms, commissions, or requirements, will be conducted via email or other direct communication channels provided by the affiliate.
