• Can I style clip-in hair extensions with heat tools?

  Yes, our clip-ins are made with 100% Remy human hair, so they can be curled, straightened, or styled just like your own hair. However, always use heat protection to maintain their quality.

• How to wash clip in human hair extensions?

  This is one of the most common questions we receive, and the answer is simpler than you might think - you actually don’t need to wash them often! Unlike your natural hair, clip-in human hair extensions don’t produce oils or nutrients, so frequent washing isn’t necessary. In fact, over-washing can strip the extensions of their smooth texture, leaving them dull and frizzy. Instead, we recommend washing your extensions only every six weeks, or when there’s noticeable product build-up. This helps maintain their lustre and keeps them looking soft and full. With the right care, your clip-ins will continue to blend effortlessly into your hair.

• What is Remy human hair?

  Remy hair refers to the way that human hair is collected, with the cuticles and strands all travelling in the same direction. Once collected, the hair goes through minimal processing before being used to make real human hair extensions.
