Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed by 4:45pm (Mon-Fri, GMT) are usually processed the same day, while weekend orders are processed on Monday. We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days, but this may vary depending on stock availability. The estimated delivery date will be provided shortly after your order is placed.

International Orders & Import Fees

Orders shipped outside the UK and USA may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees set by the destination country. These charges are not collected by Milk & Blush and must be paid by the recipient.

USA Duties

We collect duties and tariffs at checkout and remit these to the relevant authorities on your behalf. You will see this as a separate line item during checkout.

If you have paid duties at checkout, your order should arrive without any further duty charges. However, if customs requests additional payment from you, please contact us for further instructions.

Please note that if you return your order, we are unable to refund the duties portion of your payment or the shipping cost. You may be able to reclaim the duty paid through the U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s Duty Drawback Scheme.

The delivery times listed above are provided in good faith; however, we cannot be held liable for any costs or expenses resulting from delayed or failed deliveries. Shipping times are in business days. No dispatch or delivery on bank holidays.
