Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed by 4:45pm (Mon-Fri, GMT) are usually processed the same day, while weekend orders are processed on Monday.

Duties & Import Fees

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees set by the destination country.

For some destinations, including the USA and a number of European countries, our carrier offers a delivered duties paid service. Where this is available for your destination, we'll calculate and collect these charges at checkout and pay them to the relevant authorities on your behalf. You'll see the duties and taxes as a separate line item before you place your order, and your parcel should arrive without any further charges to pay. If customs or the delivery agent does ask you for an additional payment, please contact us before paying and we'll advise you on the next steps.

For all other destinations, no duties or taxes are added at checkout. Any charges due will be calculated when your parcel reaches its destination country and the local delivery agent will contact you to arrange payment before delivery. These charges are set by your local customs authority and we're unable to predict or control them, so please check with your local customs office if you'd like an estimate before ordering.

Whether duties are collected at checkout depends on the service available for your destination. The simplest way to check is to add your items to your basket and proceed to checkout: if a duties and taxes line appears, they're covered; if not, any charges will be payable on arrival.

Please note that if you return your order, we're unable to refund the duties and taxes paid at checkout or the original shipping cost. These charges are paid to the carrier and destination authorities at the point of import and cannot be recovered by us once your parcel has been delivered. You may wish to check with your country's customs authority whether any refund is available to you directly.
